With over 28 years of executive experience in distribution operations, manufacturing, and industrial supply chain management, Tim Schaedig is a proven leader known for his expertise in driving operational excellence, strategic business planning, and continuous improvement. A passionate and customer-focused leader, Tim excels in building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of safety, service, and productivity. His strong background in automotive manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management enables him to deliver scalable solutions and improve profitability across diverse industries.

Most recently serving as the VP of Operational Excellence and Safety at mSupply, Tim oversees the enterprise’s safety programs, operations strategy, and execution across 14 business units and 153 locations in the U.S. and Canada. His leadership has driven significant improvements in operational productivity, safety, and customer service, including the reduction of costs and the enhancement of on-time delivery by 35%.

Throughout his career, Tim has held senior leadership roles in global organizations such as W.W. Grainger, Inc. and Delphi Corporation, where he was recognized as a top lean leader and led large-scale supply chain transformations. At Grainger, he was instrumental in developing a customer-centric distribution model for North America and Colombia, achieving a 5% improvement in order accuracy and reducing operating costs by $12.5 million. During his time at Delphi, Tim spearheaded initiatives that led to a 67% reduction in scrap cost per unit and a 15% annual decrease in manufacturing unit costs.

Tim is a master of lean principles, Six Sigma, and Toyota Production System methodologies, and has led numerous continuous improvement projects, resulting in multimillion-dollar savings. His leadership extends to mentoring and developing future leaders, leveraging his extensive experience to coach teams on problem-solving, performance management, and process optimization.

A Central Michigan University graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology, Tim is dedicated to developing sustainable solutions that drive operational success, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
