Tim has risen through the ranks of operations and supply chain to hold multiple executive leadership positions, spending the majority of his career in the defense and aerospace industries. He specializes in creating effective operational strategies, domestic and global supply chains, process optimization, and team building.

Tim’s goal is to invest in both the leadership and team members of aggressive companies that want to grow and improve. He thrives on seemingly impossible challenges in environments of growth, change, and process optimization, and his career has been shaped by multiple new business startups, cross-country relocations and relaunches, model line build-outs, and complete division turnarounds.

Tim has led businesses supplying the U.S. Government and OEMs including Oshkosh, International, Raytheon, GM, Med-Eng, Chrysler, and Toyota. He has been deeply involved with platforms such as the MATV, MRAP, MTVR, JLTV, SMET, HMMWV, Zumwalt Destroyer, Sikorsky CH-53, Z06 Corvette, Cadillac Blackwing, Toyota Supra, and Dodge Viper.

Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management. He currently resides in West Michigan with his wife and three children.
