Steven brings a background in behavioral science and organizational behavior management to lean and process improvement work. He helps organizations identify and address the problems affecting their operations, process efficiency, and business results, combining data analysis and process improvement with an understanding of how people interact with the systems they work in every day.

Steven has experience across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and human services environments. At Natural Choice Foods, he mapped end-to-end business processes and helped implement employee performance and training systems, while leading initiatives to reduce compliance errors, employee turnover, and production inefficiencies.

Previously, at Pfizer, Steven streamlined internal audit procedures, improved training effectiveness, and strengthened documentation practices.

Steven holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Behavior Management and a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Western Michigan University. He is particularly interested in understanding the root causes of operational problems and working alongside teams to develop practical solutions that produce measurable results.
