Jeff has 35 years of experience in the agricultural equipment industry, with a career that spans product engineering, manufacturing engineering, research and development, operational excellence, and plant leadership.

Jeff started his career in product engineering before moving into manufacturing engineering to learn the processes behind the products. He went on to serve as an R&D Engineer and Engineering Lab Supervisor, then moved into product design with another company.

He later returned to his original employer as a Production Manager and then Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Jeff left for an overseas military deployment and, upon his return, became the Project Manufacturing Engineer for several plants. He then stepped back into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager role before becoming Operational Excellence Manager, where he continued the organization’s lean implementation. Jeff finished his career there as site General Manager.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Iowa State University.

Jeff currently resides in Northern Illinois.
