Korye has more than 20 years of professional and consulting experience implementing lean and operational excellence programs, as well as business transformation and integration work. He helps clients transform their operating models to reach their business and cost goals, developing and implementing transformation strategies that deliver process improvements and cost savings directly to the bottom line.

Korye has held leadership roles with GM/Delphi, GE Healthcare, Cleveland Clinic, KCI (Kinetic Concepts), and 3M’s Medical Solutions Division. His consulting clients have included Kent Imaging, Rochester Regional Health Hospital, Catalent Pharma Solutions, and Howmet Aerospace.

Throughout his career, Korye has led $120 million in annualized cost savings. He managed a Global Enterprise Program Management Office focused on transformation projects that delivered $30 million in annual cost savings, while integrating business processes, people, and technology systems. He also developed and implemented a global Lean Kaizen Office to improve operational efficiency through quality improvements, cycle time reduction, training and development programs, and the elimination of waste.

Korye holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Eastern Michigan University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds Lean and Mergers & Acquisition Integration certifications.
