Steve is an experienced automotive leader with more than 30 years of progressive responsibility in complex program execution, global product development, and change management. From launching electric vehicle systems to leading cross-functional teams through change, his work consistently bridges engineering precision and business results.

Steve began his career in engineering at General Motors, where he built a foundation in technical excellence and systems thinking. That foundation carried him through leadership roles at Continental, Nexteer, Hitachi, Mando America, and Rivian. Along the way, Steve led key programs for both traditional and electric vehicles, launched advanced technologies, managed global customer accounts, and oversaw cross-functional execution across vehicle platforms and regions.

At Rivian, Steve led major initiatives in both program and change management roles and played a key role in launching the Electric Delivery Van and the R1 platform. He coordinated 25+ engineers through prototype development, managed BOM accuracy in SAP, and resolved supplier roadblocks in Jira and Confluence.
