Major General (Ret.) Pablo Estrada brings over three decades of leadership across defense, manufacturing, and global program management. His work spans high-impact civilian roles in engineering and operations, as well as a distinguished military career, culminating in his role as Commander of the 46th Military Police Command. He joined DLW Partners with a rare combination of technical knowledge, strategic vision, and international insight.

Pablo graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and later earned a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University. He refined his strategic capabilities through elite-level executive education at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, the University of Michigan, and Villanova University, and holds a DAWIA Program Management Certification at the Practitioner level.

Throughout his civilian career, Pablo has worked across automotive and defense manufacturing at organizations including Delphi, GM, FCA, and General Dynamics Land Systems. He currently serves as Assistant Program Manager at the U.S. Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center, where he oversees systems integration projects aimed at advancing combat vehicle capabilities.

In uniform, Pablo led major operational and international initiatives—from commanding troops during the national COVID-19 response to advising foreign military forces in Liberia. He is a former Major General in the Michigan National Guard, where he also served as Director of the Joint Staff and Land Component Commander. His military education includes the Army War College and the Army Senior Education Program, among numerous leadership schools. Over his service, Pablo earned more than 20 awards and commendations, including the Legion of Merit and Defense Meritorious Service Medal.

Fluent in Spanish and widely traveled across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Pablo is a globally minded leader grounded in discipline, precision, and service. He continues to mentor others, lead strategically, and drive innovation at the intersection of defense and industry.
